Privacy policy for your website According to Art. 12 para. 1 GDPR, you are required to take appropriate measures to provide the data subject with all information relating to the processing in a concise, transparent, understandable, and easily accessible form, using clear and plain language. We have prepared the following privacy notice for you to incorporate into your privacy policy. Analysis by WiredMinds Our website uses the tracking pixel technology of WiredMinds GmbH (www.wiredminds.de) to analyze visitor behavior. Here, the IP address of a visitor is processed. The processing is carried out solely for the purpose of collecting company-related information, such as the company name. IP addresses of natural persons are excluded from further use (whitelist procedure). IP addresses are never stored in LeadLab. In processing the data, we have a particular interest in safeguarding the data protection rights of natural persons. Our interest is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. (f) GDPR. The data we collect does not allow any conclusion to be drawn about an identifiable person at any time. WiredMinds GmbH uses this information to create anonymous usage profiles based on the behavior of visitors to our website. The data collected in this manner will not be used to personally identify the visitor to our website.
Whistleblower Protection Act reporting office
Legal Basis
Since December 17, 2021, the Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2019, on the protection of persons reporting breaches of Union law, has been applicable. It has been supplemented since July 2, 2023, by the Act for Better Protection of Whistleblowers (Whistleblower Protection Act - HinSchG). The aim of the Directive and the Act is to protect individuals who report breaches from disadvantage and to provide them with legal certainty.

The reporting office is open to you if you are in contact with Ortlieb in your business activities.
