The ToolGrip SK tool clamping sets have been a tried and tested series product for automatic tool change for many years. They clamp steep cone tools with clamping bolts according to DIN 69871/72. The 6-part clamping finger set has an optimal force distribution, allowing for higher permissible clamping forces. And this at faster switching cycles.
Only the maximum workpiece diameter and the spindle connection dimensions of your machine are required.
You can easily make the connection adapter yourself. Of course, we are also happy to manufacture a connection adapter for your machine.
Please send us the spindle drawing of your machine or use the form.
ToolGrip® SK
tool clamping sets
Proven series product for automatic tool change
Clamp steep cone tools with clamping bolts according to DIN 69871/72
Higher permitted tensile forces due to optimal force distribution – with faster switching cycles
Reinforced version for greater tensile forces
Remarks with differing stroke lengths
Versions with additional seals
Explanations with compressed air / KSM / MMS handover
Upon request, all span sets are also available in wear-resistant, coated versions.
MultiGrip® SK
tool clamping sets
standardly clamping tapered milling tools with clamping bolts according to DIN 69871/72
In the same spindle internal contour, tools with different clamping bolts can also be clamped according to the following standards by simply replacing the clamping sets if the connection dimensions are the same:
DIN 69871/72
ISO 7388/1+2 (A/B)
ANSI B5.50
MAS-BT JIS B6339-1992
We are also happy to adjust the tension statements to your respective use case. For example:
Reinforced version for greater tensile forces
Remarks with differing stroke lengths
Versions with additional seals
Explanations with compressed air / KSM / MMS handover
UniGrip® SK
tool clamping sets
tighten conical tools with clamping bolts according to DIN 69871/72 by default
In the same spindle inner contour, tools with different gripping bolts can also be clamped by replacing the clamping set, provided that the connection dimensions are the same:
DIN 69871/72
ISO 7388/1+2 (A/B)
ANSI B5.50
MAS-BT JIS B6339-1992
We are also happy to adjust the clamping sets to your specific use case:
Reinforced version for greater tensile forces
Remarks with differing stroke lengths
Versions with additional seals
Explanations with compressed air / KSM / MMS handover
All span sets are also available in wear-resistant coated versions.
